What are the payment methods we provide in ED Gaming?

We offer Bank transfer with the 5 major Singapore banks: MAYBANK, OCBC, DBS, POSB and UOB.


How Long Does it Take to Get a Trade Offer?

Trade offers usually will take up to 24 hrs. If your trade offer takes longer than 24 hours from the time you checked out or placed an item for sale, please send in a Support Ticket.


What is the commission for each sale?

There will be a 3% commission for each successful sale.


How To Cashout Wallet Funds for Real Money?

You may cashout your wallet funds via fund transfer on the Cashout page. The minimum cashout is $5.00 SGD. You will only be shown the available cashout options based on how much you have in your wallet, Details on each cashout method are available on the cashouts page.

Note: If the account is not verified, we will not be able to issue cash out.


How Market Prices are Determined?

Market prices are based on the seller’s price.


General Refund and Cash-Out Policy

The user is in control of their ED Gaming Wallet Funds. Funds are not owned by ED Gaming™, and users can cashout or refund their wallet funds as desired, according to the following limitations and policies:

• User must contact our staffs via our contact us form or email to request a refund.

• Users can request a refund on their Bank transfer payment if they have not used the wallet funds they purchased, OR if they paid an invoice twice and did not receive the wallet funds for the second payment.

• Partial refunds will not be issued

• Refunds will not be issued for amounts less than $5

• Customers should request a refund by making a Support Ticket

• If a user does not have the wallet funds in their account to cover the refund, the refund will not be able to be processed.

• Users cannot “cash out” money they paid into ED Gaming™ themselves. Users should request refunds for unwanted wallet funds and not submit cashout requests

• Please use the refund functionality to request the funds you want to take out of your wallet. You understand that ED Gaming™’ capacity to refund you the sums present in your wallet depends on the policies of our third party service providers, as well as our own. These change from time to time. Please see below for the current applicable refund policies based on the different service providers.

• The minimum cashout is $5.00 SGD. You will only be shown the available cashout options based on how much you have in your wallet, so if you have less than $5.00 you will not see any cashout options at all. We process all cashouts manually to check for accuracy. Because of this we may take up to 7 days to process your request.

• When proceeding with a refund, we can only refund the sums back to the same original source of the initial payment (Ex. a Bank Transfer deposit can only be refunded through Bank Transfer).

• Depending on the delay in which you make your request, we may charge an administrative fee that depends on the fees charged to us by our third party service providers

• For administrative reasons, we may contact you directly to determine the best way forward for a refund

• User must contact our staffs via our contact us form or email to request a refund.

• Only upon approval with a verified user accounts that we will proceed with a bank transfer refund.

• If the account is not verified, we will not be able to issue a refund.
